Yvonne Barasa
ChairpersonProvides overall visionary and spiritual leadership to the WESO JOOUST fellowship. She presides over executive governance, aligns all ministry departments with the fellowship’s core mission, and serves as the primary liaison to university administration, patron advisors, and external Christian partner organizations across Kenya.
Japheth Okuku
Vice ChairpersonSpearheads internal operations and administrative coordination across all executive dockets. He works closely with department heads to evaluate ongoing spiritual programs, oversees special committee projects, and steps in to execute executive duties whenever the Chairperson is engaged in external engagements.
Grace Kasoha
SecretaryManages the official secretariat and operational documentation for the fellowship. Her responsibilities include recording precise minutes during executive meetings, preserving historical fellowship archives, managing official correspondence, and issuing timely notifications regarding upcoming services and general assemblies.
Dominik Tangara
Vice SecretaryAssists the Secretariat in executing daily administrative communications and maintaining accurate records of fellowship attendance. He manages digital communication channels, assists in preparing meeting agendas, and ensures seamless information sharing between executive leaders and general members.
Lawrence Otieno
TreasurerServes as the chief financial steward responsible for managing the fellowship's funds with complete transparency and integrity. He prepares annual operating budgets, manages tithes and offerings, handles financial reporting for missions and events, and ensures sound fiscal policies across all departments.
Bravin Shikuku
Discipleship DirectorOversees the spiritual growth and biblical grounding of fellowship members through structured Bible study groups, peer mentorship networks, and foundational doctrine classes. His office focuses on nurturing mature Christian disciples who are well-equipped to live out their faith within and beyond the university campus.
Benjamin Angatia
Music DirectorDirects the WESO Praise and Worship team, leading vocalists and instrumentalists in creating dynamic, spirit-filled worship experiences during weekly services. He coordinates musical rehearsals, manages audio setup logistics, and mentors aspiring musicians within the ministry to use their creative gifts for God’s glory.
Deborah Chepkwemoi
Prayer DirectorAnchors the fellowship's spiritual engine by organizing regular prayer cells, overnight intercessory vigils, and seasonal fasting retreats. Her office mobilizes the fellowship to stand in prayer for students, campus administration, regional evangelism, and individual prayer requests submitted by members.
Amos Juma
Missions DirectorDirects all evangelistic outreach programs, door-to-door witnessing, and off-campus community missions. He coordinates evangelical trips across surrounding regions, organizes charitable community service initiatives, and trains fellowship members in effective personal witnessing and cross-cultural evangelism.
Beryl El-Shaddai
Hospitality DirectorEnsures a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all visitors, new students, and returning members. Her department coordinates ushering teams, manages catering and refreshment logistics for major fellowship gatherings, and administers welfare initiatives to care for students in times of need.
